Anna Phillips Personal Gallery

My personal gallery contains a variety of photographs taken for my own pleasure, and development shots from previous projects.

A particular favourite area of photography for me is “Urban Exploration”, which involves investigating and documenting old ruins, derelict buildings and abandoned areas of nature.

I also treat my home itself as invaluable resource, a the abundance of life, character and static objects makes for a great deal of creative potential. This resource is not limited to my home itself but also the surrounding area, which has given me the opportunity to combine photography with my passion for Archaelogy. Projects such as one focused completely on found (animal) skulls and skeletons from the moorlands near my home display my keen interest in capturing age in my photographs, be it in organic or manmade form.
